The New Year is the perfect time for a fresh start — and I’m excited to share that enrollment is now open for my upcoming 8-week group programs, designed to build confidence, social skills, emotional resilience, and self-regulation through fun, movement, creativity, and connection. Groups are considered enrichment and are not covered by insurance. 🦸‍♀️ Resiflience Code: The Hero Within Bootcamp Who do you want to be in the world? Bold • Purposeful • Heart-centered Children ages 5.6–11 (coed) Theme: Using physical challenge, teamwork, and reflection to help kids learn how to act from values, not moods. 🗓 Saturdays, January 10-February 28 (no bootcamp 3/7/26) 🕙 Session options: • 10:00–10:45 AM (FULL) • 11:00–11:45 AM 👧 Ages: 5.6–11 💰 $300 / 8 weeks 👥 Group Size: 3–6 kids
